Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the website at https://sandidb.com, or by participating in our SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our SMS program. These terms apply to the website and SMS program only and do not constitute a construction contract or service agreement.

Construction services — general terms

The following general terms apply to all construction and design-build services provided by Sandi Design & Build Inc. Specific project terms are governed by individual written contracts.

Scope of work: All services are defined in a written project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may be subject to change orders and additional costs.

Licensing: Sandi Design & Build Inc. is a licensed contractor operating in the state of California. License information is available upon request.

Permits: Where required by local ordinance, we will assist in obtaining necessary permits. Permit fees are typically the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Payment: Payment terms, schedules, and methods are outlined in individual project contracts. We reserve the right to pause work if payment obligations are not met per the agreed schedule.

Warranties: Any warranties on workmanship or materials will be specified in the individual project agreement. We stand behind the quality of our work and will address defects arising from our construction within the warranty period defined in your contract.

SMS messaging program

Sandi Design & Build Inc. operates an internal SMS messaging program ("the Program") used to send work-related text messages to employees who have opted in. By providing written consent to enroll, employees agree to these SMS terms.

Program description: The Program sends operational SMS notifications to employees, including schedule updates, task assignments, meeting reminders, payroll reminders, and internal announcements.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs.

Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details.

To opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, provide written consent again or reply with a resubscribe keyword if one has been issued.

For help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at info@sandidb.com.

Supported carriers: The Program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: The Program is available only to employees of Sandi Design & Build Inc. who have provided written opt-in consent. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Sandi Design & Build Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, participation in our SMS program, or reliance on information contained herein. Our total liability for any claim related to website or SMS program use shall not exceed $100.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites.

Governing law
